If Cyberlink live can't find your webcam, please try this tool.
This tool can add your device to Cyberlink live's webcam module.

Just click add to list and restart your computer.
(Or restart Cyberlink live service.)

If your webcam can work after add to the list. Please post your setting here for Cyberlink live team's reference. Live team will add you information to default list. Then you don't have to update the list again when next Cyberlink live release. You can download this file from one of the links here:

Hi, my webcam did work after using the tool. Here are my web cam info:
Camera name and model: Intel PC Camera CS780
VID: 8086
PID: 0780
OS: XP
BUS: USB

Hmm, now not sure if this info is what you are looking for!

Hello,

The tool didn't work for me, please add my webcam to your list. It is an Intel (r) PC Camera CS110 and the settings are as follow:

VID: 8086
PID: 0110
OS: XP
BUS: USB

Hi,
When I tried the above links to download WebCamListBuilder I received my "favorite" IE message: "The page cannot be found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.".
Is your server down or has the page changed?
