tv related

hi:
I really love your cyberlinklive product, but i don't know how can i fix of one the problem i currently have. When I use your product to watch tv remotely, the picture toward the left , meaning not centered. Imaging watching tv, but the only thing that you see is the from left to the center of the screen and that's it. How can I fix that ? Forgot to mention , my tv tuner is a Visiontek TV Wonder HD650. Please help me out.

1. What browser do you use ,IE or Firefox?.
2. What's the resolution of the TV content.
(Please use IE browser and Right click on the TV Video and check the 'properties'.)
3.Did the TV video show 1/2 of the whole content or scale to half-size?
4. It would be great if you could provide some snapshots
