I just signed up for Cyberlink Live Premium, specifically for the TV feature. Now that I have paid and downloaded I find out that my HP ExpressCard Digital/Analog TV Tuner is NOT on the list of compatible tuners. I don't want to have to cancel my subscription, so my suggestion and wish would be that Cyberlink Live add the HP ExpressCard be added to the list!!!!! Can anyone tell me how to go about getting Cyberlink to add my tuner...because I will be very persistent until it happens!!!

Hi,
Thank you for subscribing CyberLink Live Premium service, and sorry for that your TV tuner card currently is not in our support list. We will try to come out a solution for you, and in the meanwhile will keep update to you by "private message".
To help to solve this problem, could you provide the following information:
1) Which OS version you are using? (ex. Vista Home Premium)
2) Which brand/model laptop/PC you are using?
Thanks,
JT

JT, thank you for responding so quickly. I have a HP Pavillion dv9830us Notebook PC that runs Windows Vista, I don't know if it is Home Premium or something else, how would I find that out? The TV tuner came with the laptop. All help resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Dear Highstrung1,
First, thanks for your subscription of CyberLink Live Premium Service.
According to HP's official website, your HP Pavillion dv9830us Notebook is running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit version, and CyberLink Live does not fully support MCE TV Engine on Vista 64-bit yet. But you still can give it a try by CyberLink Live TV Engine.
By my test, it works fine on our test platform running Vista 32-bit. I can watching TV remotely using either MCE TV Engine or CyberLink Live TV Engine.
I hope this is helpful for you.

Best Regards,
Todd
