My overall experience with Cyberlink Live has been one of the worst that I can remember. Most if not all of the program simply does not work, nor does it function in a way that is user-friendly. Not only could I not reach anybody via phone, the avg turnaround for support was 5 days via email. When I tried to deactivate my quarterly subscription, they couldnt even find my history.
This was a dissapointment and a waste of my time as a consumer.
I would not recommend this program to anyone.

Sorry for the bad experience.
We have checked your log history and found that although sometimes
there's some internet unstable problem. Most of your connection is success. Could you kindly tell us all of the problems you encountered,
and maybe we can solve your problem and give you a free trial to see
if the problem is solved.

I also have lots of problems with ciberlink live. Las yer was a nightmare to have the service after I paid, this year they charge me again I have the email and invoice saying that I have service until 2011 but I log in and nothing, I don't want to waste my time for weeks like last year. sending emails that take 5 or 6 business day to respond and NO HELP. I'm going to wait 2 more days and if it is not fix by himself I will call my credit card company and have my money BACK. It it just to let everyone know what i went last year for over a month and now again.
