How can i trasfer video files to my PDA ? To watch it an move for and Backwards

Hi there !

I record some sportnews on my computer with the tv card !

So i like if this is done form somewhere else later to transfer the videos to my PDA.

So i can watch them an if i like run the video litte forward or if i like backwards !

Is that possible ?
