Here is the way to help user who use the chrome to watch TV and video.
You just need to download the wmpfirefoxplug.
The link is here http://port25.technet.com/videos/downloads/wmpfirefoxplugin.exe
And you can see more detail information click "Cannot play the video " on the top right side of TV or Video page
